Tenant found in Database
If your potential tenant is located in
the Tenant Check Worldwide database then you
will first see this report list.
If more than 1 report is held you will be
able to view them all.
Full Report (view) -
Tenant found in Database
The full report shows the submitting
members I.D number, the tenants’ details and
details regarding the rental property.
You will then see the 20 questions and the
answers that were submitted. The system
automatically calculates an overall
percentage which determines the risk
assessment category.
Should you wish you can then print a copy of
the full report and/or a certificate.

This is an example of the full printable
report which you can then retain for your
records.

If your potential tenant is located in
the Tenant Check Worldwide database you have
the option to print a certificate outlining
the tenants’ details, overall percentage and
risk assessment.

Tenant NOT found in Database
If your potential tenant is not located
in the Tenant Check Worldwide database the
report will state “Tenant not found”.
However you still have the option to print a
certificate for your records.

As a pro member you can receive an official
membership certificate which can be
displayed in your office proving to your
clients that you are a part of the global
network dedicated to the protection of
agents and landlords.

As a pro member you can receive “official
member” stickers.
This is extremely useful for letting agents
and accommodation providers who can display
them in their offices or properties to show
potential clients that they are an official
member of Tenant Check Worldwide.
