Tenant Check Worldwide, including its directors, employees and any of its divisions or sister sites, are not liable for any information submitted by a member and the member agrees to exclude Tenant Check Worldwide and its directors and employees from any liabilities arising from any disputes between the member and a third party.
The member is responsible and accountable for the information submitted and will be classed as a data controller. It is the members responsibility to maintain their records and the information held on them. Any errors or omissions must be notified to Tenant Check Worldwide immediately. The member is accountable for the records held about their tenants.
Tenant Check Worldwide and its directors and employees are in no way liable for any claims, losses, expenses, damages or costs, including loss of reputation and goodwill, resulting from the disclosure or publication of a report or use of this site.
