In order to become a Tenant Check Worldwide member you will need to agree to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found under the menu on the left hand side of the website or at step 3 on the sign up form.
When signing up as a member you will need to tick a box to say you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimer of Tenant Check Worldwide may change at a later date. Although we will do our utmost to ensure that you are notified, it is your responsibility to read and review them regularly so that you are aware of any changes. If you continue to use this site after changes have been made then you agree to still be legally bound by these terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimer as updated and amended and it will be seen that you have accepted these changes.
