Submitting a tenant - Did you suffer unforeseen additional costs?

This refers to an additional cost that the owner had to endure as a result of the tenants negligence or behaviour and which wasn’t covered by the deposit.

Examples of this could be replacing stolen items or covering the costs of a third party’s actions e.g legal costs to have them evicted, cleaning costs due to excessive cleaning or removal costs to have the tenants furniture removed.
