Submitting a tenant to our database is quick and easy.
First you will need to login in under the “Member login” page. If you have not signed up as a member then you will need to do this first.
Once you have logged in click on “Submit tenant”.
There are four simple steps to complete.
Step 1 - You are required to provide some personal details about the tenant.
Step 2 - You will need to provide details about the rental property.
Step 3 - You will then be required to answer 20 multiple choice questions regarding the tenancy.
Step 4 - You will see an overview of the information you are about to submit. If you are happy with the information simply click on "submit tenant to database" and the data will be entered into our database.
