This section gives an indication of how reliable the tenant was at paying rent on time or within the time scale allowed.
The submitting member is asked to choose between four options when answering.
Submitting members are advised to disregard any times that a tenant pre-warned them that the rent would be late, but only if they had a valid or reasonable excuse and consequently paid within an agreed time.
