The submitting member is asked if they or their agent ever had difficulty in obtaining the rent payments.
They may have had to contact the tenant to chase rental payments or seek legal help in doing so. Again, the submitting member is advised to disregard any times that a tenant pre-warned them that there would be a delay in payment, but only if they had a valid or reasonable excuse and consequently paid within an agreed time.
The submitting member has four options when answering. Therefore if the answer is anything other than never it means that the owner or agent did, at times, have difficulties.
