The tenant must be aware that you may submit a report about them onto Tenant Check Worldwide.
Providing you have express written authorisation from the tenant to say they agree to this then you can submit a report.
You will need their surname and name, which must be spelt correctly.
You will also need their country of origin, Identification number (passport/national/resident card number) and date of birth.
You will also be required to provide information on the rental property – the country and town the property is in, the type of property, whether it was a short term or long term rental and finally the date the rental commenced and the date the rental ceased.
You will then need to answer 20 simple questions relating to that particular rental.
The answers to these questions are all multiple choice.
