online system that allows its members the
opportunity to list or check their tenants
with the Tenant Check Worldwide database.
All information in the database is submitted
by property professionals and private
landlords that have had first hand
experience with a particular tenant.
The information provided is directly
applicable to a tenants previous history
which differentiates Tenant Check Worldwide
from other credit referencing services
available today.
The information contained within the
database is non subjective.
Instead tenant profiles are calculated by a
system of 20 multiple choice questions which
gives an overview of their track
record and therefore the best indication of
how they will behave in the future.
The Process
First you must sign up.
Only letting agents, property managers,
accommodation providers and private
landlords may become a member. We operate
strict vetting procedures in order to
maximise the integrity of the system.
Once your account has been approved and
activated you can enter your secure member
area where you can use our full range of
services.
